Erma joined Karpe Real Estate Center because of its stability and friendly atmosphere; it shares the same value system as she….Honesty, sincerity loyalty, and most of all reliability. Erma has over five years of real estate experience as a REALTOR®. Her previous experience includes over twenty years as office manager in a carpet cleaning business for her husband, fifteen years in customer service and sales in banking for Bank of America, and over nine years in education with the Title 1 teaching program in the Panama Buena Vista School District. Erma is a graduate in Organization Management from Vanguard University of Southern California. Erma is very active in her church as a board member, an usher, and also teaches children’s church.
