Jim began his real estate career in 1992 after spending 23 years with a Fortune 500 Company in a variety of management positions. Five of those years were spent as Customer Service Manager where he learned the importance of listening to the customer and doing the utmost to make their experience a satisfactory one.

Although Jim's title is Sales Associate, Jim considers himself a facilitator of your real estate needs. Whether you're buying or selling, a first time buyer or a seasoned investor, Jim will guide you through the process with a level of service and integrity you will gladly recommend to your best friends.

During Jim's real estate career he has received numerous awards including Sales Person of the Year, Circle of Excellence, Presidents Club, Service Excellence Awards, and REALTOR® Service Award.

Jim served as a director of the Bakersfield Association of REALTORS® from 1999 thru 2006 and served as its President in 2005. Jim is also a past director of the California Association of REALTORS®. Jim currently serves as a member of the Associations Budget Long Range Planning Committee. Jim's community involvement includes the Boys & Girls Club of Bakersfield and Kern County Food Bank.
